Biography Guidelines Main body content should include only what was presented in the actual film (or tv show) that the character appeared in. In other words, only "canon" instances. Some characters are in movies adapted from a book and there may be additional information on the character in the book that wasn't included in the film. This information may be included (providing it doesn't conflict with what was shown in the movie). There are also instances where the script of a movie, or the deleted scenes, contain character information that would be helpful. This information may also be included (again, providing it doesn't contradict the canon). It should follow the main content and would be better off being titled something like "Additional information from the novel" or whatever the case may be. Fanon topic discussion can be included somewhere at the end but only if it's well marked as Fanon. If you need clarification on this point, please feel free to email me. Some characters are based on real people. It might be nice to include a "The real ???" at the end of your biography. This might let prospective authors in on tidbits from the real person they could include in a fic. Your sources should be listed lastly in the bio. If I can't find a source for your info, you will be asked to provide back up before it will be published on site.
